(A) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of title 6, chapter 2 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a first offense, unless otherwise specifically enumerated in this chapter.
(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of title 6, chapter 2 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a second offense, unless otherwise specifically enumerated in this chapter.
(C) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of title 6, chapter 2 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a third or subsequent offense, unless otherwise specifically enumerated in this chapter.
(D) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. This section shall in no way abrogate or impair the right of the city to specifically enforce, by any legal means, any of the provisions of this chapter.
(E) The judgment of a fine as a penalty for a violation(s) of this code shall in no way abrogate or impair action or order of restitution for loss or damage to the city of Aledo, or any third party, caused by the actions of the party so penalized. (Ord. 16/2016, 1-3-2017)
