(A) Any person who cancels or solicits the cancellation of any traffic citation, in any manner other than as provided in this title, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Every record of traffic citations required in this chapter shall be audited at least biannually and a summary of all traffic violation notices issued shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation. (1969 Code; amd. Ord. 26/2016, 1-3-2017)
