8-16-4: NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO EMERGENCY WORK:

In the case of any emergency construction or maintenance work involving excavation on any real estate in the city, no person shall begin such work until he first calls the JULIE system in Illinois and furnishes the same information as is required when nonemergency construction or maintenance work involving excavation is concerned. (Ord. 18/86, 2-2-1987)
