Any person who proposes to do any work as prohibited in section 8-12-2 of this chapter, shall first file with the Clerk a petition in writing which shall describe the location and extent of such proposed work, the object thereof, and the approximate time necessary to complete the same and deposit with the Clerk the sum pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code.
