(A) Turn On Fee: There shall be a water turn on fee pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code for turning on water after it has been turned off for subsection 8-6-10-8(I) of this chapter. (Ord. 16/2017, 6-5-2017)
(B) Inspection And Test Required: The cost to make an inspection or test a backflow prevention device, to include, but not be limited to, labor, benefits, and overhead expense, will be charged to the consumer, if the consumer is in violation of subsection 8-6-10-8(H) of this chapter.
