8-5-2: SUPERVISION:
All sidewalks hereinafter constructed, renewed or repaired shall be constructed, renewed or repaired under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Works and Utilities, or a proper officer of the City acting for the said Director of Public Works and Utilities. (Ord. 2/78, 6-19-1978)
