Each residential waste hauling license shall expire on April 30 of each year unless renewed in accordance with this article. Each applicant for a waste hauling license shall pay, in advance, an annual fee pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code. (Ord. 15/2017, 6-5-2017)
