Other than owners of dwelling units as provided above, it shall be the duty of every property owner, including multi-family dwellings of more than four (4) units, and commercial, business, and industrial establishments, to provide for the collection and removal of all waste of any quantity whatsoever generated on such property at least once per week, or more frequently if required, so as to avoid health hazards or unreasonable accumulations of waste. This duty shall also extend to the lessee of any such type of property. (Ord. 11/98, 4-5-1999)
