7-1-9: WORK TO BE DONE BY LICENSEES ONLY:

No person, except a licensed sewer builder and drain layer, licensed by the authority of the City shall make connection with, construct any work, or put in place any parts or fixtures connected with, or intended to be connected with, the sewer system of the City. (Ord. 14/88, 3-20-1989)
