7-1-7: LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE:

When two (2) or more persons are partners, licenses shall be issued in the name of the copartnership, and any charge of the firm name must be promptly reported to the Director. All such licenses shall be kept posted in a conspicuous place at the business place of the licensee and shall not be transferable. (Ord. 14/88, 3-20-1989)
