If the person so served does not abate the nuisance within five (5) days, then the Director of Public Works and Utilities may proceed to abate such nuisance(s), keeping an account of the expense of the abatement, and such expense shall be charged and paid by such owner or occupant. The fee for abatement shall be computed pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code for the cutting of any and all weeds, grass or other cover, or plants, all as described above, for each time that abatement of a nuisance by the City becomes necessary.
