(A) Fee: The annual fee for the license required by this chapter shall be paid pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code. The fee shall be nonrefundable.
(B) Expiration: Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall terminate on December 31 next following its issuance. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license.
(C) Payment Of Fee: The cost of this fee shall be shared equally between the terminal operator and the establishment. (Ord. 12/2017, 6-5-2017; amd. Ord. 21/2022, 11-7-2022)
