§ 132.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, set forth at length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure.

   (B)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 132.03 or 132.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum of a $500 fine.
