Any person who shall violate the prohibition imposed by § 131.01, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 130.99. Additionally, upon conviction for any violation of § 131.01, that person shall be required to immediately remove himself or herself from the prohibited residency, and the Village Board may take all such action as may be necessary to otherwise enforce the prohibitions of § 131.01.
