§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $100 for any one offense, recoverable with costs together with judgment or imprisonment until the amount of said fine and costs shall be paid.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.08 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $25. Each day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (D)   Conviction of such misdemeanor in § 130.12 shall be punishable by a fine not less than $5, nor more than $100.

   (E)   Any person failing to appear or otherwise comply with the command of a citation (§ 130.25) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
