§ 130.09  MINOR IN POSSESSION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under 20 years of age to transport, knowingly possess or have under his or her control in any motor vehicle, beer or other alcoholic liquor on any public street, alley, roadway or property owned by the state or any subdivision thereof, or any other place within the municipal limits.
