§ 91.47  FIREWORKS FOR AGRICULTURAL USE.
   Notwithstanding the restrictions of § 91.45, fireworks not approved for sale and use by the State Fire Marshal as consumer fireworks may be used for agricultural purposes pursuant to written authorization from the State Fire Marshal.
