§ 91.45  PERMITTED FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ignite or cause fireworks of any kind or description to be exploded within the jurisdiction of the village, unless such fireworks have been authorized for use within the state and approved for sale and use by the State Fire Marshal as consumer fireworks.
