§ 91.46  PUBLIC EXHIBITION OR DISPLAY.
   Notwithstanding the restrictions of § 91.45, fireworks not approved for sale and use by the State Fire Marshal as consumer fireworks may be used for the purpose of public exhibitions or display upon authorization of the Village Board.
