§ 70.05  TURNING; U-TURNS.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction, except at a street intersection.
   (B)   No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction at any intersection where a sign is posted indicating that U-turns are prohibited.
