§ 34.40 CORNER/PARKING LOT FUNDRAISER SIGN-UP POLICY.

   (A)   Sign-up is on a first come, first served basis. A group must sign up at the Town Hall. Earliest sign-up for any given year is January 1.

   (B)   Sign-up is limited to not-for-profit groups and community based groups only.

   (C)   Only one group may be booked at any given time; the group may select whether they want the corner police-booth area or the town parking lot on S. Orange Street.
