(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Skateboards, inline skates, and the like. Every person found in violation of any provision of § 71.04 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100, or by impounding the person’s skateboard, inline skates, non-motorized self propelled scooter, roller skates, or other similar wheeled devices for a period not to exceed 60 days, or any combination thereof.
