(A) The town shall charge the sum of $5 for a copy of any incident/accident report.
(B) The fee for processing of gun permits is established by I.C. 35-47-2-3. Said fees are currently $10 for a four-year hunting and target permit ($5 refundable if license not issued); $10 for four-year personal protection permit ($5 refundable if license not issued); $50 for a lifetime hunting and target permit with no current license ($30 refundable if license not issued); $40 for a lifetime hunting and target permit with a current valid license ($30 refundable if license not issued); $50 for a lifetime personal protection permit with a current valid license ($30 refundable if license not issued); and no fee charged to process a permit for any retired law enforcement officer, corrections officer or firearms dealer.
(C) The town shall charge the sum of $5 for the processing for any vehicle identification number (VIN) check.
(D) The fee for producing digital photo copies is $2 per sheet with no more than four digital photos per sheet.
(E) The fee for a Notice to Quit from a landlord to a tenant, described in I.C. 32-31-1 is $10 per notice for in-state landlords and $50 per notice for out-of-state landlords.
