(A) Abandoned or unused automobiles, automobile parts, or used tires shall not be kept, caused, deposited, or scattered on residentially zoned real estate.
(B) The storage of any motor vehicle on any residentially zoned real estate, which shall not have tires in good operating condition, on each of its wheels, or shall be in inoperable condition, or not have a current valid license plate, shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of this code and the maintenance of a nuisance.
