(A) There is hereby established Fund No. 208, Cemetery Endowment Fund for maintenance of Rose Hill Cemetery. Monies in the Endowment Fund shall be accounted for separately from funds in the cemetery operating budget.
(B) Fifty percent of the income received from the sale of lots within Rose Hill Cemetery shall be set aside as a permanent maintenance fund except as outlined in division (C) below.
(C) If revenue in the Cemetery Operating Fund becomes insufficient to meet the expense of maintaining the cemetery, income derived from the Fund may be used in whole or in part as the needs of the cemetery require, after appropriation by the legislative body according to I.C. 23-14-65-7.
