§ 34.03 MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.

The town hereby adopts the Noble County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan and the Noble County Emergency Management Agency will submit on behalf of participating municipalities the adopted Plan to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
