A. Fees Established: The annual fees for liquor licenses shall be established in section 3-1-3 of this code.
B. Modifications To Fees: These fees may be changed from time to time by code amendment of the city council. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
C. Payment And Disposition Of Fees; Refunds:
1. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a receipt from the city clerk for payment in full of the fee for the on-sale licenses and payment in full for the off-sale licenses. All fees shall be paid into the general fund. If an application for a license is rejected, the city clerk shall refund the amount paid as the license fee less any charges for administrative fees.
2. No refund of any fee shall be made except as authorized by statute. (2005 Code)
