800.2: VIOLATION:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be found guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be charged pursuant to section 3-1-3 of the city code. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017; amd. Ord. 2019-13, 12-16-2019)
