10-2-4: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 2007-07, 7-16-2007)
