The gambling manager of a licensed organization shall be exclusively responsible for the timely filing of all reports and other documents required by this section. (Ord. 2023-10, 8-7-2023)
Every person who violates any provisions of this section when such person performs an act thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or fails to act when such failure is thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor, except as otherwise stated in specific provisions hereof or, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Violation shall also be grounds for revoking or nonrenewal of a license. (Ord. 2023-10, 8-7-2023)
