6-2-22: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 2007-04, 4-2-2007; amd. Ord. 2021-11, 8-2-2021)
