(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of $500, or imprisonment, or both.
(B) Any person who violates this chapter is subject to a civil suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations and liability for licensing sanctions such as suspension or revocation.
(C) A licensee of a sexually oriented business is jointly and individually liable for violations of and offenses under this chapter by the employees of the sexually oriented business, and for all civil and criminal sanctions or remedies for such violations and offenses, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation, prescribed herein.
