§ 20.01 DEPARTMENTS ENUMERATED.

   The City Manager shall administer the functions and activities of the town through the following departments.

   (A)   Finance Department.

   (B)   Police Department.

   (C)   Fire Department.

   (D)   Public Works Department.

   (E)   Recreation Department.

   (F)   Community Development Department.

   (G)   Water and Sewer Department.

   (H)   Administration Department.

   (I)   Department of Public Housing.
