§ 50.05 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS.
   The city will make all necessary electrical connections from its main line to all buildings free of charge, but all wiring from that point shall be done by the owner at his own expense subject to the approval of the Electrical Inspector.

§ 50.06 CONNECTION FEES.
   The following charges shall apply to all water and sewer connections.
   (A)   Water and sewer taps.

   (C)   The charge for making a sewer connection larger than that listed in division (A) above shall be $200 plus the cost in excess of $200 incurred in providing the connection inside the corporate limits and shall be $250 plus the cost in excess of $250 incurred in providing the connection outside the corporate limits. In cases where a city sewer is not available in the street adjacent to the property to be served by the connection, but a sewer connection can be made to the city sewer system within an easement or otherwise, the tap fee shall be $50.
   (D)   Inspection rates.

§ 50.07 ORDER OF PAYMENTS.
   Payments made to the city and utility deposits shall be applied to utility accounts in the following order of priority: Late fees and/or penalties; household solid waste collection fee; household solid waste disposal fee; roll out fee; electric charges prior; electric charges current; water charges prior; water charges current; sewer charges prior; sewer charges current; green power.
