§ 53.06 LOCAL LIMITS.
   (A)   The town has the legal authority to develop and enforce specific limits on prohibited substances such that a pollutant contributed by an industrial user that has caused or is likely to cause interference or pass through at the receiving POTW and the recurrence of the contributed pollutant's effect on the POTW are limited.
   (B)   No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following monthly average and daily maximum limits:

   (C)   The above limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for "total" metal unless indicated otherwise.
   (D)   The town reserves the right to establish more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the POTW.
   (E)   No user shall ever increase the use of process water, or in any way attempt to dilute a discharge, as a partial or complete substitute or adequate treatment to achieve compliance with a discharge limitation unless expressly authorized by an applicable pretreatment standard of requirement.
