§ 35.03 PURCHASING AGENCY.
   The Town Council and Clerk-Treasurer are designated as the Purchasing Agency for the town, with all the powers and duties authorized under I. C. 5-22. The Purchasing Agency designates department heads and the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer as purchasing agents. Additional purchasing agents may be designated in writing, as needed.
