(A) A Fire Department Operating Fund is hereby established for the purpose of establishing a fund. The source of revenue shall be from the town, various contracts with other public entities, contributions and miscellaneous monies.
(B) The purpose of the fund shall be to pay the various expenses to operate the department. These funds shall be paid out after approval by the Fire Board with the exceptions of utilities which are paid by due date or those invoices that are ordered to be paid ahead to avoid penalties.
