(A) In response to excessive false alarm signals by the Albany-Delaware Township Fire Department, the following fines shall be assessed:
(1) One-hundred dollars for the first false alarm signal in excess of three false alarm signals in any 12 month period.
(2) Two-hundred dollars for the second false alarm signal in excess of three false alarms in any 12 month period.
(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply for a period of three months from the date an automatic fire detection system is initially installed.
