(A) No item shall be placed in a sidewalk located within the corporate boundaries if the same occupies more than one-third of the sidewalk.
(B) The town shall contact the business who placed the object on the sidewalk to remove the object if the object exceeds more than one-third of the width of the sidewalk. The town will instruct the business to remove the object from the sidewalk.
(C) The town will remove or will cause to be removed the object from the sidewalk if the same exceeds one-third of the width of the sidewalk and the business has been contacted to remove the same and the same is not removed.
