(A)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this subchapter except § 51.26 shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of the time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 per each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person that is determined to have violated this subchapter, in addition to any penalties, fines or equitable relief granted by the Court, shall also be responsible to the town for any expenses, loss, damage, fine, penalty and/or attorney fees incurred by the town by reason of said violation
