§ 51.22 CAPPING OFF SANITARY SEWER UTILITY.
   The procedure for capping off the sanitary sewer utility to a property shall be as follows:
   (A)   The sanitary sewer shall be capped off at the property line.
   (B)   The property owner shall contact the town to notify the town that the sanitary sewer has been capped off at the property line, prior to backfilling dirt.
   (C)   A representative of the town shall perform an inspection of the property to verify that the sanitary sewer has been capped off at the property line.
   (D)   In the event that the sanitary sewer line serves more than one property, the sanitary sewer shall be capped off at a point that will not cut off service to other properties being served by the same line.
   (E)   In the event a person wants to have a property receive sanitary sewer services after the sanitary sewer has been capped, the person shall pay the tap-in fee prior to the sanitary sewer services being restored to the property.
