§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.06 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, punished by a fine not to exceed $100 and the cost of prosecution, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of §§ 91.01 through 91.06.
   (C)   Any person who is convicted of any violation of any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.22 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days or by both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the trial court upon each count or offense of which such person shall be convicted.
