(A) For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKS and PUBLIC PLACES. Unless specifically limited, includes all parks, beaches, grass plots, playgrounds, recreation areas, athletic fields, and other areas which are now or may hereafter be acquired by purchase, gift, devise, bequeath, loan, or lease.
(B) Any term in the singular shall include the plural.
