§ 91.18 UNRESERVED PARKS OR PICNIC AREAS.
   (A)   In the event the parks or picnic areas have not been reserved, any person or persons may use the facilities, provided that he, she, or they obey the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Unreserved use of parks and picnic areas will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
