§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 110.01 upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
   (C)   Every violation or failure to comply with the provisions of § 110.02 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100, and in the imposition of such fine, the court may make a further sentence that the offender, on failure to pay such fine, be imprisoned in the county jail until the same shall be paid, not exceeding the period of 90 days.
   (D)   Any person who is convicted of any violation of any provision of § 110.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days or by both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the trial court upon each count or offense of which such person shall be convicted.
