§ 110.02 CIRCUSES, SHOWS, MENAGERIES, EXHIBITIONS, AND OTHER PERFORMANCES.
   (A)   No person or persons, company troupe, combination, or corporation shall engage in, carry on, conduct, or exhibit any show, circus, menagerie, or circus and menagerie combined, exhibition, or other performance; nor exhibit any natural or artificial curiosity within any public hall, room, theater, tent, or enclosure (whether covered by roof or not) within the village, without first having obtained therefor a license from the Village Clerk, who is hereby authorized to issue the same, for which license there shall be paid by the person, party, or corporation, to whom the same shall be issued, the amounts as specified in the following divisions.
   (B)   For circuses, menageries, or wild west shows traveling with wagons, there shall be paid the sum of $10 for each day the same continues.
   (C)   For a circus, menagerie, or wild west show, or any combination of the same traveling on cars, there shall be paid the sum of $2 for each car used by said circus, menagerie, or wild west show for each day the same continues; provided however, that for any circus, menagerie, or wild west show or combination of the same, the minimum license fee shall be $10 for each day and the maximum license fee shall be $50 for each day.
   (D)   For any other show, exhibition, or performance, whether in a building, tent, or simply within an enclosure without roof, there shall be charged $5 for each day.
   (E)   For the exhibition of any natural or artificial curiosity, in a tent, under canvas, within an enclosure, public hall, or theater, there shall be charged the sum of $3 per day.
   (F)   For every out of door vocal or instrumental concert, or vocal and instrumental concert combined, medicine show, advertising entertainment, so-called free show, or exhibition in any public street, upon any street corner or upon premises facing on or adjacent to any public space or commons, there shall be charged a fee of $3 for each and every day.
   (G)   It shall be the duty of every person, company, or corporation receiving any such license, to keep good order in and about his, her, or their place of business, amusement, entertainment, or exhibition.
   (H)   Any license granted under the provisions of this section may be forthwith revoked by order of the Village Council whenever the provisions of this section are being disregarded.
