§ 94.01 WORD MEANINGS.
   All words and phrases used in §§ 94.01 through 94.03 shall be construed and have the same meanings as those words and phrases defined in Public Act 303 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80201 et seq., as amended.
