§ 112.04 REFUSAL TO ISSUE LICENSE; RIGHT OF APPEAL TO TOWN COUNCIL.
   In the event that the Town Clerk shall fail or refuse to issue a license as provided by § 112.03, then the application may be referred to the Town Council in full for their consideration thereof.
