In the event the General Assembly or Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the State of Indiana shall hereafter require that a state license plate or tag be obtained for motorized bicycles, such state plate or tag shall be sufficient and the town registration and license tag shall not be issued for such vehicles under § 73.02.
