§ 52.37 MINIMUM QUARTERLY WATER SERVICE CHARGES.

   (A)   Except in the case of service described by §§ 52.39 and 52.40 of this chapter, or unless a higher charge results from the application of the metered usage rates set forth in § 52.38 hereafter, every user of water service shall pay a minimum charge based on meter size as follows.

   (B)   In addition to the above minimum monthly charges based on a consumption allowance and the metered rates following in § 52.38 based on actual water usage, the following monthly charge will apply to each bill in order to collect one-half of the town's municipal hydrant rental.
